Exceptional! The best! No need to other explore other appliance repair companies. Al and John responded immediately to my inquiry, were quick to make the house call and repair my refrigerator at a very reasonable cost. You would be wasting your time if you were to contact another company.

Both the person doing intake and the service man were knowledgeable and gave succinct information regarding possible issues and outcomes. They requested information about the appliance during intake.
